Unidentified Succulent - Echeveria? No, Anacampseros!

Here are a few photos of a seed grown succulent that popped up in one of the cacti that I purchased from Hamiltons' Cacti. My thinking is that it is an Echeveria of some type, but may be some obscure genus which is unfamiliar to me.

Just answered my own question, it's an Anacampseros, probably the species rufescens.
I came across a picture of the same plant on eBay, totally unexpected.
As suggested before, this is a genus previously unknown to me, from Africa
